Production Jigs
Production Jigs dramatically lowers labor involved in applying
transfers to blanks and increases more finished sublimated
products per press cycle. For example, the Jig for 5677 coasters
is designed for 13x19 transfer paper and prints eight coasters
at a time. Line up the transfer with the Jig, attach a few small
pieces of heat tape on the sides to keep everything aligned, and
press. Production Jigs can add up in cost savings from not
having to tape down or wrap each individual blank.
