Our Fat-Mat will secure materials such as plastic, brass,
acrylic, marble,
aluminum and more for fast and effective engraving and lasering
applications.

Fat-Mat Instructions:

1)
Clean your engraving table of dust, oils, engraving
chips, etc.
2) Adjust your spindle travel to
allow for depth of mat.
3) Optional: Lay a strip of low
tack Double-surfaced tape
on your table.
4) Place Fat-Mat, acrylic side
down, on tape or table.
5) Place engraving material on top
of Fat-Mat and begin engraving.
6) Remove engraving material from
mat and repeat process.
7) Clean Fat-Mat regularly with
rubbing alcohol and a
lint-free cloth. This helps
keep your mat in its original form and engraving to
the accurate depth.
8) Fat-Mat has a 9 to 12 month life
expectancy with proper care and daily cleaning.
Fat Mat Care Instructions:
Clean your Fat Mat with isopropyl rubbing alcohol
70%
(found at your local convenience store) and a
lint free cloth. After cleaning, your Fat Mat
will experience a restored tack level. |
