“I have historically communicated problems so it is
only right that this time I communicate compliments. We just completed
engraving graphic tags for a 15 thousand PSI test panel that was over 10
feet long and cost the end user over $250,000.00. We utilized 7 full sheets
of white Ultra-Matte reverse material to complete the project. This is one
of the products that we had experienced problems last year. However, this
time I am happy to communicate that there were absolutely no blemishes or a
single dot or quality issue what-so-ever with these sheets. We have also not
noticed any problems lately in the white Slicker either so it looks like
those problems with the white reverse materials are behind all of us. Please
pass on our compliments to Dina as well as Eric and the manufacturing
department as the quality of the white material has really improved since
our discussions last year.” |
