Acrylics] cut easily on the table saw. Engraved / ADA / Brailled
much like the Ultra-Mattes. Raster Braille embedded into the material great.
Backspraying the material turned out fine. I could see this material as a
good alternative to the Ultra-Mattes for some one looking for a thicker

“The
ColorCast
Acrylics line is great. We’ve used it for a couple of small ADA
projects and some dimensional signage projects. One highlight to note is
that we incorporated the Matte/Clear into building a 24” x 30” dimensional
version of a logo for a local university. In that instance, it was used as
the centerpiece and we back-painted the graphic. It lasers and routes very
well and is easier to work with than standard cast acrylic from Acrylite. It
seems to be more resistant to cracking and chipping as well.” |
